Mindfulness

Sometimes, we encounter problems that can feel insurmountable and we find ourselves suffering and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. For some, the cause may be a specific event or transition in life. At other times, the roots of our struggles may seem vague, experienced through repeating patterns in our lives, depression, anxiety, unhealthy relationships or addictions.

Such experiences can be a call for us to look within, expand our level of awareness and enable new modes of being that allow us to build deeper, more meaningful relationships with ourselves and others.

Psychotherapy is a relational journey in which client and therapist work together to foster insight and understanding, ease suffering and recover a life of meaning, authenticity and connection. People often find that speaking of something in complete confidence for the first time considerably lessens anxiety. The result of your three-part consultation (nutrition, fitness, mindfulness) will help us to develop our holistic personalise journey to health for you.
